Beach was amazing The lounge on top was incredible w spectacular views and good shisha. The rooms were bright, spacious, fully equipped, and clean. The restaurants at the beach, including the breakfast restaurant, were very nice. One was right on top of the sea. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Serhat made sure our stay was totally comfortable and our needs were fulfilled. He was always checking to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Gozde Taner Front Office Manager was also very helpful. She tried everything to give us a great deal to extend a day. She also went out of her way to give us a very late checkout at no extra charge. Important staff spoke English well.

From the warm check in received by Ozlem, to the helpfulness of Hedi at the front desk for Any requests. Casa Nonna makes you feel like family. They truly made my stay an exceptional one. From the kind and thorough housekeeping, to Ali the young gentleman who helped me with my luggage. The sea, pool, food and level of service was exceptional. Hokan, Yusuf and Sinem were there for every desire, food wise, and I have to say the hotel is very green and health conscious which was appreciated for those with a healthy lifestyle! To the professionalism of Sina and Tatiana, I truly couldn't recommend this place more, and thoroughly look forward to returning very soon for the next holiday season. Please thank Madame Nonna, and yourselves, Casa Nonna Team!

My boyfriend and I are first time visitors, and travelled from London to Bodrum and stayed at Artunc Hotel for 3 nights. The owner of the hotel and the staff showed incredible hospitality, everyone was very attentive and willing to help. The location was amazing, it was right in city centre and a walking distance from everything. The room was very clean and the hotel had great facilities, we didn’t have time to use the pool but it was open despite off-peak season. We truly recommend this place to anyone travelling to Bodrum, we really enjoyed our time there. We will definitely stay here if we visit again.

Fantastic hotel up above Bodrum, just 10 minutes walk into town. Incredible staff, fabulously run establishment with keen attention to detail, and an excellent rooftop restaurant. Good (limited) parking above and below the hotel. We will come back soon!

    Bodrum is a beautiful place, but it needs significant improvements in its service sector. Some staff members require proper training, professionalism, and guidance on how to treat visitors respectfully. I personally experienced and witnessed several incidents at restaurants and other establishments that fell short of acceptable customer service standards.

    An amazing city! So much to do from shopping to partying.

    An amazing city! So much to do from shopping to partying. There’s also sightseeing and excursions to go on! Great food and a vast selection of restaurants to eat from. Also if you love boat rides you can choose any at reasonable prices. This is a wonderful place to visit.

    We had a great time visiting Bodrum city, with great shops and restaurants. The Marina was lovely to visit and the people are so friendly and helpful. Take a Gulet out for the day to enjoy the bays and quiet moments.

    Bodrum City: all good. Bodrum Airport: total nightmare. Outrageous drinks prices, made even more expensive by VAT and service charges, not transparent. Our bill: £34 for a beer and a glass of wine, they should wear masks.

    Beautiful classy town with more yachts in the bay than anywhere I've ever seen. Beautiful beach too in Gumbet 3 minute taxi rude away costing 4eu! No street or table begging to be seen. - - A welcome change from other countries.

    I went during the off season.

    I went during the off season. So many places were closed or being refurbished it did detract from the experience. That said, if you want a scenic walk steeped in culture and history, check out the city that birthed Herodotus.

    This Hotel has 2 main advantages: 1. Great location - it is just 3 min walk to the yacht marina. You can get to many nice places with 10-15 min walk. Anywhere else just take a taxi. 2. Swimming pool - you can spend all day by the pool. There is a bar with food and drinks too. It is really convenient as there are not many public beaches in Bodrum. Other things are also good. Nice rooms, good breakfest, friendly people and no hidden fees (which are very common in Turkey). I world stay here for sure next time.

    Breathtaking view of Bodrum city and the sea. 5 minute drive or taxi ride (€3/100 TRY) into the city. Free shuttle service takes you to their partner hotel on the beach to spend the day there which is also a lovely place. Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff are really welcoming, friendly and helpful especially Gokham, Gunsu, Zehra and Damla. Food and drink from bar, restaurant and room service is tasty and high quality. Great breakfast.

    Only good thing about this hotel is its location, It is located in the Gumbet area, maybe 5, to 10 minutes drive from the Bodrum center. We were traveling with 2 kids. We had one double room, and one triple room. Rooms were spacious enough for the family. AC was working and it was OK. Staff at the reception was OK and helpful. WiFI was working un the whole hotel.
