Second time staying so this says a lot. The price was great. Will definitely book the same style room on next visit. Little cafeteria rest across the street was delicious and the price great. The massage parlor half way down the block was amazing. 200 baht for foot massage was well worth it. The Cafe in the lobby had good coffee.

I stayed in The Level 1 Bedroom Suite which is very big with separate living room and big toilet. It is very clean and good room housekeeping. Great breakfast and great wine and snacks for The Level 1 guests. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Will strongly recommend to friends who are travelling to Pattaya in the future.

Wow what a great appartement! High floor (28th) with an amazing view of the city and beach. Enjoyed the bath on the balcony a lot. Good apliences. Fast wifi. Very clean. Superb location. self checkin was smooth (had great contact with the host via Whatsapp). Beautifull rooftop pool. Would defenitely come here again if we would go to Pattaya.

    Fast motorcycles driving on Soi Buakhao. Can be dangerous walking. Cars and motor cycles don't always yield to pedestrians even in crosswalks when traffic lights are present. Baht Buses always yield to pedestrians. Great mode of transportation.

    Opinion is divided on pattaya as lots of people see it as just an adult entertainment city and nothing else but there is so much more too it. Due to the vast array of different people who visit pattaya there are hundreds of diverse shops restaurants and services which cater to all cultures and tastes and you can sample them all there is no frowning on of ethnic backgrounds in pattaya you can be from anywhere and you will be welcomed. Another interesting thing about this place is it is very busy yet you can find many tranquil relaxing places to chill amongst the madness. It’s a must visit place and you will find it infinitely interesting if nothing else.

    The Beaches especially around Koh Larn' the night life the restaurants food and the people are friendly. be careful of the scams especially around walking street for example the kick boxing scam where they invite you into the ring for photos take your phone for photos then intimidate you for exorbetant tips! avoid the kickboxing on Walking street its a scam

    The people are friendly and the beach and weather was so nice. Massage places are cheap and relaxing. Unfortunately, the place is full of scams, and if you go clubbing then definitely you will be robbed. I think this place is a one timer unless you are looking or you don’t mind dirt

    Pattaya is an interesting and busy place to visit, I enjoy going there to escape the hustle and bustle of Bangkok , and even though Pattaya does get busy it retains the right for it's size feeling. Lots to do and see nearby with local taxis Bolt or Uber charging decent prices to get around. Many many restaurants and bars so you are spoiled for choice as to where to go. Going to central Pattaya late at night it is very busy and noisy so depends what you want from your trip?

    Has lots to offer depending on needs. An active, crowded, busy central bar/night club, massage, food carts area, malls, market, beach, and a more quiet relaxed outside area with all the new condo buildings. People are very nice and tolerant of communication differences. Must see the Art in Paradise exhibit. Walk around the Pattaya City sign, Walking Street, Tree Town area, and light house area. Lots of touristy, high cost exhibits, places to visit that I didn't partake in. Lots of opportunity to just walk the town.

    this is a superb hotel - large rooms - excellent value for money - about 30 metres to the beach and main beach road walkway - this is the 2nd time i have been at the hotel and its amazing - theres a pool on level 6 which is excellent and clean and offers a view over all of pattaya waterfront and bars - opposite hotel the sailor restaurant within the area for food is oustanding where a cocktail is 60 baht if you want to be near the action this is the place - i will keep returning to this hotel - the room is like a 4 star absoluteley stunning

    Excellent hotel, I would highly recommend this place for everyone, clean rooms, friendly staff, excellent locationK the place have two main gates, one opens at the beach road and the other on the back road which made my stay very easy with taxis and even when i'm out walking, the area around the hotel has everything anybody could think of. in short, I will definitely stay in the hotel on my next trip to Pattaya.
