This is a beautiful property nestled by the river. Inn, the owner of BanTonRuk was especially kind in making sure I had all the facilities. He speaks great English! He even arranged for a taxi for an unconventional and distant site-seeing. He made sure he was available for all my queries or concerns. And even offered to help over the phone if I had any need for translation! The property is not very far from the Bus station, and young travelers can reach from there by walk. But smaller tuktuks are available for cheap. There is also a mall and a petrol bunk close by.

Great hotel. Owners were fantastic, turned up with no transport and the staff let me and my friend use their personal motorbike so we could go to the shop.. After I checked out I realised I left my Apple Watch in the room. They sent it in the post to Koa Samui the same day and it arrived at my next hotel the next day. Superb customer service.

the owner and the stuff are super friendly and kind. they were very helpful and always had a smile on their face. we brought food from the market and asked for a knife to prepare it. they did it for me and make a whole meal out of it. as we left the owner gifted us an flower, she is super cute. 10/10 stayy

In all my years in Thailand this is the absolute best hotel I can recommend. This is a true 5 star hotel. The staff is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The breakfast is perfect with everything you could need, and so is the service. Unfortunately only stayed one night this time but will be back soon.
