The Staff upon our early arrival. CARIN, you are worth your weight in gold.... exceptional customer service, nothing was too much trouble, and couldnt do enough for us. Thank you Carin so much. I didnt really have the opportunity to see other staff, owing to the odd times of my stay, but im sure the whole team Is just as welcoming and proficient! Hotel beautiful..... location .. just stunning! Facilities incredible... hot tub overlooking the lake was fabulous. The breakfast deserves its own mention... sooooo much variety, all top quality food, cooked perfectly, my compliments to the kitchen staff, and the cleaning staff.. the place was spotless! Room sizeable and very comfortable. I wish i could live in this place! Such a positive experience thanks to Carin and the whole team! Well done guys... I stay in 17 -23 hotels all across europe and the eastern block each month,and this is my favourite of all! I will Definitely be back!!!

Perfect location, right by the lake which was perfect for fishing, a 20 minute walk from the centre of Rättvik and also close for Dalhalla which we also went to! And the home itself was beautiful, lovely and quiet and so cosy. Margetha is the best host we've had anywhere, she is so kind and there for anything you need. Look forward to staying here again in the future ☺️

We had an amazing stay in Rättvik! The location is breathtaking, with an amazing stunning view of the lake that makes for an unforgettable experience. The apartment was spotless, with all the comforts, while the cozy, traditionally styled bedroom added a special touch to the stay. Last but not least, Olaf and Jela were incredibly kind, welcoming, and open-hearted, making us feel right at home. It exceeded our expectations and will be an experience of a lifetime.
