I cannot thank enough the staff of Ally. I travelled alone and had a medical emergency. Has it not been their professionalism and humanity, I would have been in deep troble, non the least missed my flight back to Europe. The hotel itself is exceptional - recently renewed, sparkling clean, great breakfast and view, close to the airport - but the humans there are even next level.

Nature Kigali is a friendly and relaxed hotel , convenient for the airport and conference centre. The food was of very high quality. I stayed a few times when I returned to Kigali after visiting different areas of the country. It was a home from home. I will recommend it as a place to stay for any friends visiting the country. This hotel exceeded my expectations! The free shuttle was already waiting when I arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and smooth. My room was huge, the bed comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly, attentive, and helpful in organizing my sightseeing in Kigali.
