What a view. The most clear water outside the House on the beach. This property is perfect after going to Wadi Shab. You Can relax afterwards here. There is a terasse and a pool. Very clean room.

The accommodation was absolutely stunning! We were lucky enough to stay in one of the unique dome rooms, which was an unforgettable experience. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and satisfying. The hotel is nestled in a picturesque wadi, offering breathtaking views of the palm forest and the striking red rock formations. Farhan, who works at the reception, truly won our hearts. With his warm personality and tireless efforts, he made sure every one of our wishes was fulfilled. He also recommended the best wadi for swimming, where we discovered our own little paradise on earth.

My stay at Tiwi Peral Hotel in Sur was absolutely wonderful! The highlight of my experience was the stunning sea view—waking up to the sight of the ocean was truly unforgettable. The serene ambiance made it the perfect escape. The hotel itself was excellent. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a cozy environment to relax. The staff was warm and accommodating, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay. With its breathtaking views and exceptional service, Tiwi Peral Hotel is a gem in Sur. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic getaway. I can’t wait to return!

Super Room with Terrace, excellent breakfast.

We arrived at the beach house and even though it was open no one was there to get us checked in. After a few phone calls I got through to the owner Sami who apologised and sent his worker straight away, I hadn't rang them beforehand and the worker explained that guests usually arrive around 5ish and we got there at 1, so not really a problem!! The property itself is awesome, with comfortable beds and access to a small pool which my kids loved. There is no access to the beach from the property but you have the full view of the sea from the pool and there is a children's park walking distance away. We stayed only one night as we were visiting Wadi Shab and this was our resting point and for the purpose it was just perfect. Sami rang again once we were settled to ask if everything was ok and his worker also left his number with us in case we needed anything!! Full access to the kitchen is provided which has a gas cooker, pots and pans, basic utensils, a kettle, and a coffee machine with plenty of tea, coffee, and sugar. There is no staff at this property all the time, we enjoyed the privacy!! I left my iWatch at the property and didn't realise until I was back in Muscat, I rang the worker who confirmed the watch was there and then Sami rang me and told me he would drop the watch off to me. True to his word, Sami drove all the way to Muscat and dropped the watch off to me at the hotel U was staying at, legendary guy!! Thank you Sami and thank you to your staff - will definitely be visiting again!!

Excellent location, a decent property with every basic facility imaginable provided for, great value for money, and to top it all, greeted by a very humble and friendly owner.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Tiwi Beach, Wadi Shab or anything in this area. It has a nice view and a relaxed atmosphere. The staff is always around and will help you if you need anything. It is easy to reach by car, and is close to the small center where there are three restaurants and some shops. All of them are locals, which also gives this place a "authentic" vibe. Tiwi Beach is close, and we were so lucky to see turtles swimming around. Here we also got invited for coffee by a family, and got to see how Omanis spend their evening camping at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!
