I had only half a day to explore the city transiting it after flight, so my impressions were very superficial. I have seen Ribnica Bridge and Gorica park, which I would highly recommend to visit for their nice views. Podgorica is small and doesn’t feel like a capital. It has lots of nice parks. There are a couple of art galleries, but they only host temporary exhibitions, so they were closed while the displays were being changed. The girl at the hotel told us that not many tourists come to Podgorica, as the seaside locations are more popular. Even so, we visited many places, enjoyed a really nice cake and coffee during the day, and had dinner at Pod Volat, which is an excellent restaurant. Podgorica does not get great reviews in the travel guides but we really enjoyed our day there. Very clean, very safe and very green. No great sites but lots of interest to see how people live. I probably wouldn't recommend visiting the city...
I probably wouldn't recommend visiting the city... We spent one night here after staying in Budva to be closer to the airport the next day. We felt there wasn't much to see (maybe we just didn't know the right spots...). However, would highly recommend staying in the coastal towns like Budva! Might be easier to fly into Tivat Airport instead. Be careful with the taxi drivers - there's a lot of scammers out there and unfortunately, Uber/Bolt isn't available. I suggest doing research on the official Taxi companies and having a few contacts handy - or ask you Hotel/Hosts for assistance.Guest review byJaimeeNew Zealand

So if you travel to another city this is best option to take a rest and move away by bus. This is also quite close to Podrorica center (10 minutes to walk). Personal is very friendly and helpful.
