The space was simple, brand new, cozy, and beautifully designed, it felt very cozy from the moment we arrived. The food from the in-house restaurant was incredible, full of flavour and made with so much care. What truly stood out was how warmly we were welcomed. Our immediate family had planned this trip after such a long time apart, and Croft Cottage gave us the perfect setting to reconnect. It wasn’t just a holiday, it was a heartfelt experience shared with loved ones. There’s truly no better way to spend quality time together. Highly recommended!

Staying at Bluechip Summer Bungalow was absolutely magical. The location, right in the middle of a tea plantation, and the beautiful British-style house surrounded by gardens make you feel part of Nuwara Eliya’s history. Our room was huge, with the most comfortable bed we had during our trip in Sri Lanka. The staff was extremely attentive and professional and the food was simply outstanding.They even arranged a walk for us to Lovers Leap waterfall, which is easily accessible from the hotel and was a perfect experience. A truly authentic stay in “Little England”. Highly recommended for anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a genuine atmosphere.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is perfect — close to everything we needed. The place is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. We stayed in Nuwara Eliya for a week, trying out different places, and J's Villa was the best for its price and super clean. The host was really nice and helped us a lot. We felt at home during our 2-night stay. The host even said they could cook for us if we brought groceries, but we didn't try it because we ate outside. The location is good, not too far from the city – about 15 minutes by car. Overall, it's a really good place to stay in Nuwara Eliya.

Hotel is really cute and cozy. Staff is super nice and they helped us with planning our activities. Breakfast was really good too. Hotel is in walking distance from the lake or city if you don't mind a 40 +/- min walk.

Our stay at Loris Manor was perfect! The hotel was spotless, the staff incredibly kind, and the home-made breakfast was simply delicious. The highlight of our trip was Chandi, the tuk-tuk driver. He safely picked us up from the train station, gave us a wonderful city tour, and later took us on an unforgettable trip to tea plantations, waterfalls, and nearby areas. His professionalism and warm personality made the experience truly special. We highly recommend both Loris Manor and Chandi’s tuk-tuk tours for anyone visiting Sri Lanka!

Good location, cozy stay! Loved JL Grand’s central spot near Gregory Lake and Victoria Park. Staff were warm and attentive—our room had breathtaking lake views and was impeccably clean. Breakfast was continental, they were keen to bring you more if you asked, though Wi-Fi was weak in rooms. Ideal for exploring Nuwara Eliya’s charm! Staff was great providing the heater!
