Very kind staffs, nice room, Patuxay view, roof top gym and tables, huge and comfortable bed, deep and clean swimming pool, various breakfast, relatively far from tourist street and Mekong river markets so hotel is very quite, staffs let us take shower even after check out. Willing to visit Urbanite Hotel again when i go to Vientiane next time.

Everything was just perfectly right: super convenient location, super welcoming, responsive and hostile staff speaking good English, renovated rooms with spotlessly clean bedding and towels, cheap and good meals can be ordered in their own restaurant downstairs, plus nice breakfast included.
