The location was excellent to walk the beautiful and quiet streets of Narita. It is just a few minutes walk to the shrine and park. The room was beautiful stylish Japanese calm. Quiet and clean. All amenities provided. The breakfast was the best I had in our Japanese stays. It cost us 4,000 yen taxi to the airport in busy traffic, which I would recommend rather than the full train to Narita from Narita International and the 15 minute walk from the station.

Very convenient location, very friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was a nice tasty assortment of options, the airport shuttle was a nice option I took advantage of. With Narita station so close if the shuttle time isn't ideal you could easily use that, but having the shuttle was even easier. Great stay option for layovers and early flights.

The staff was super helpful. I lost a sim card in the sofa and the janitor helped get it back. Also my friend's father passed away and the janitor was able to get us a taxi within 5 minutes so he could still make the next flight home. The 24/7 family mart is awesome. The pillows are very nice.

    Don’t stay at an airport hotel unless you have an early am flight. Hotels are too far from amenities. Train service in Japan is so good that you can stay an extra day in Tokyo and other areas close to Tokyo and get to airport if your flight is later

    The information staff at the airport were most helpful and gracious. I was looking for the usual I for information but found that it was a ? Question mark. I did work it out though. As we only stayed overnight there was no time for sightseeing in Narita.

    It’s very handy to the airport, cheap and in this case you get what you pay for upgrade yourself especially if you are in need of a good night sleep and a morning cuppa. We were there for one night only to get some rest before flying home, I wish we had of skipped it.

    I had a marvelous meal at the Japanese Food Hall. Yes, it was very easy to get about the Airport shops. It was an exciting experience as I had over six hours spare before my flight. I had a beautiful Tea at Kanno Coffee.

    Narita is far from the city but offers great view of the country side and an authentic traditional street leading to the beautiful temple and its surrounding garden. It has many great food around too!

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan.

    Narita area is exactly the entrance to Japan. You can experience a little bit of the old Japan in the town of Narita station as well as the big shopping malls. Besides, you also experience the rice fields' green and sounds of frogs in the late spring, of course, you can enjoy cherry blossoms in the beginning of April, with getting green bamboo trees. I prefer to arrive in Japan at Narita than other Japanese international aiports.

    The airport shuttle bus was very convenient, previously I'd travelled from Narita Airport into Tokyo but this time staying close to the airport was very nice with a late arrival - was able to get to the hotel with good time, no stress or hassle and then rest! I was also able to use the shuttle the next day to return to airport for access to train lines which again was very convenient. The staff were accomodating and friendly.

    Value for money overall. Nice and clean room, just the right space for one. I like that it has a Lawson, cafe and other restaurants within its vicinity. More than anything its close proximity to Narita airport coupled with its shuttle service to and from the airport with wonderful and friendly staff made my stay at this hotel even better and would be my hotel of choice when I return to Tokyo.

    The proximity to shops and eateries is tops! The hotel is clean and functional and maximises the room space nicely. We are just reflecting that we tend to move out of Narita Airport quickly to go to Tokyo and other areas. Narita truly has many gems worthwhile exploring. We will return for more and the hotel is one we will confidently book again.

    Great location as the shuttle bus runs between the hotel , Narita Airport and the train stations . Great if you have a stopover and don’t need to stay in an expensive hotel in Tokyo. Breakfast was lovely with a wide selection to suit most tastes. There are two convenience stores at the hotel too.
