Basically I had my own small. I think the isolation was pretty good cuz I couldn't really hear others. The small onsen felt really nice at the end of the day.

Very nice staff working in this hotel. Only a few minutes away from Tobu Nikko Station. Nice, clean and big rooms with a nice view. Will definitely stay here again when I am going to visit Nikkō again.

Great location very close to the train station (both Tobu and JR), staffs are all great and english speaking. Onsen bath is super good especially the outdoor onsen. Breakfast is highly recommended, super good and very tasty. Overall great hotel for Nikko trip.

The hotel is in oku nikko which surrounded by nature. If you love nature or snow in winter. This is a perfect place to stay. Outside Onsen also surrounded by snow but unfortunately we cannot see the star that day.

We felt very relaxed and comfortable at the hotel. The en suite open air onsen and the public onsen were both wonderful. Many reviews talked about the dated facilities but we however felt it gave old-timer charm. The only drawback is that the location is a bit out of the town. Having said that the newly opened cafeteria provided dinner options which suited us fine. We will stay there again.
