Santa Maria Navarrese is a lovely little with a great local vibe - not too touristy. Access to the best of the Baunei coast is brilliant and the town has some fabulous eateries and resturants to suit all budgets and tastes. We loved eating and people watching at Mac Puddu's. The best pizza in town was Su Forra. We took a day boat trip with Nautica and had Mauro as our guide - He was brilliant. The location is superb, with a beautiful beach just across the road that has a super calm atmosphere. The hotel itself is stunning. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and nice and quiet, despite being near the road. What truly sets Nascar Hotel apart is the incredible staff.
