A Gem in Ravenna – Villa Roncuzzi is Pure Perfection Villa Roncuzzi is an absolute treasure. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed into an impeccably clean, beautifully maintained space that exudes charm and comfort. Once a historical convent, it has been sympathetically and tastefully renovated, striking the perfect balance between old-world elegance and modern convenience. Every detail speaks of care and quality. Crisp, fresh, white cotton linen is everywhere—on the beds, in the bathrooms, and even in the dining areas. The towels are luxuriously soft, with extra ones thoughtfully offered for the swimming pool. The orangery dining area is absolutely immaculate, with the softest napkins I have ever experienced—an understated yet beautiful touch that makes each meal feel special. The gardens are a work of art—manicured, refined, and enhanced by perfect lighting that makes evenings here magical. Each room feels special, with thoughtful design touches and a unique character. Ground-floor rooms open directly onto the gardens or swimming pool area, adding a sense of privacy and connection to the outdoors. The facilities are accessible to everyone, including guests with disabilities, which makes the property truly inclusive. Breakfast is nothing short of excellent—fresh, varied, and served with care. The hospitable staff make you feel like a valued guest rather than just a visitor, always ready with helpful recommendations and warm conversation. Villa Roncuzzi is also brilliantly located: close to motorways, the Adriatic coast, and well-positioned for exploring Ravenna and beyond. We had a wonderful stay thanks to the amazing owners that run the hotel and restaurant in a kind and joyful way. Such a pleasure to be their guests, you really feel very well looked after. The room was very comfortable with all functioning amenities. The restaurant is beautifully decorated in a traditional elegant style. Breakfast was superb with delicious local products. We loved our first night dinner there with a great choice of both pizza and local dishes. Free parking outside.

Spacious room with comfortable beds and pillows, room was cleaned every day, the bathroom equipped with both shower and spa bath, big balcony with garden view and sitting area, beautiful nicely decorated villa. The hostess is so kind and generous that we didn't want to leave :-) The location is great: quiet place but just few minutes drive to autostrada. Breakfast in the loggia was super great and varied with great homemade cakes and jams. We would definitely return if we need to stop over again in Forli.

It’s a nice house in village next to sunflower fields. House is confortable and clean and host very nice. Absolute bonus is very nice restaurant in a walking distance. Restaurant has rugged Italian county side style and very good food with local wines. Restaurant is mutton lover’s paradise because it’s “all mutton”-restaurant.

This is a hotel which is a favourite for weddings and family functions and understandably so. There were two such events on at the time of my arrival but the host took time to welcome me warmly and I was impressed by that personal touch. Outstanding value for money!
