Very convenient to the Mediterranean for a swim. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the café in front on the waterfront sells the best marmalade croissants and coffee. Loved Recco and Hotel Elena. Also an easy walk to Camogli along the coastline. Beautiful surrounds.

We loved the stay, the apartment is super specious, comfortable and really clean, everything was just amazing. You have whatever you might need. The location is really nice close to the centar and beaches are 10 min walk. The host was more than frinedly and kind. It’s also pet friendly with no extra charge! We definitely recommend and for sure will be back!

The host met me at the gates once I informed her of my arrival time, was perfect. Loved the location, was perfect for my needs. Parked my bicycle on the gated balcony outside the apartment door - secure as you can get. Just make sure to carry it up the stairs instead of squeesing into the life as it was a bit tight - would have been fine withhout the TT bars and bikepacking bags I suppose :)

The apartment was spotless, comfortable and felt like home. There were amenities for small children. The kitchen was well-equipped and the beds were comfortable. We were within walking distance of great recommended restaurants and shops. Our host was delightful, met us at the apartment and spoke English well.

    Recco is a good base to travel to Genoa and other places. Hotel Restaurant was good but it worth exploring other places as well. Local beach was good, but be aware. We wondered why Italians brought SO MANY dogs to the beach (we then saw a sign saying in Italian "Dog beach". It pays to do your Italian homework

    You can quickly reach Santa Margherita Liguria + Portofino.

    You can quickly reach Santa Margherita Liguria + Portofino. You can visit Cinque Terre quite easily and easily (including allocating around 2 hours to the beach). You can easily visit Genoa. High prices for food and drinks for a small town with a pretty ugly beach.

    Location is good for Recco, some minutes walk to center and beach. Good shower. The flat itself was is ok, unfortunatelly it was not very clean (some dirt seemed to be there quite a while, so not only issue because we booked on short notice; after we left we saw it was getting cleaned more thouroughly). Lavazza coffee maschine with coffee capsuls available.

    The hotel is just lovely. Informative and helpful staff. Lovely rooms, modern, clean, named after herbs and with an arrival gift. Great parking facilities. Gorgeous balcony. The pool area is such a bonus! The two restaurants are a must - the Tagliata was perfect. We had a fab stay here and would absolutely recommend.

    Very welcoming and friendly. Emilia was extremely helpful, collecting us from Recco (via supermarket) as we were on foot. Garden salads and fruits were provided gratis. It was easy to get the hourly bus, or to walk to Recco on the old path. Garden and terrace areas really nice. Local bus to Genova €3

    The location was really convenient, about a 10-minute walk to the train station. Managed to get a free parking spot on the street in front of the hotel, which was a nice surprise. The evening staff were really friendly and welcoming. The view of the sea from the room was amazing!
