We were at the place as a family with young kids. Kids loved the sofa bed downstairs. The host was exceptional. Very quick at replying to requests and assisted us with our change of arrival timings. Very friendly and very helpful. Gave us a complete tour of the property with the amenities and helped us out with local information of Perugia as well. He even suggested us with parking places, Perugia Centre roads and overall, we were very happy with the place. It is a very well managed and spotless clean. The amenities include everything - from a lovely coffee machine, fridge/freezer, amazing bathroom and excellent bedroom and sofabed/living room. It is a home away from home. The host even kept water, juice, milk and breakfast stuff for us. Only 17mins away from Perugia Centre. Definitely highly recommended place.

The hosts were flexible with our arrivals time as we had a late flight and waited for us. This was great. Another great thing was the breakfast - such a great variety and delicious too. I tried their home-made yoghurt and jam and absolutely loved it. Finally, I would like to thank them for taking us to Assisi on Sunday when there were no buses. We really appreciate this.

This is a beautiful hotel with so many unique spaces to sit and relax. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful with our sightseeing plans. The view of the city and countryside is stunning but far enough away that it is very quiet and peaceful. Furthermore, breakfast was delicious with so many choices!

All good, clean and super nice staff! The hotel is a mix masterpiece of wine, jazz and great food! Restaurant is a starred Michelin serving Slow Food products. The hotel is also one of the top 43 winehouses in Italy. And it provides free commuting to the Umbria Jazz concerts! Couldn’t be more happy than that! And O look forward to go there again!
