From the moment we arrived, the host made us feel incredibly welcome and at home. He was not only friendly but also extremely helpful—always ready with great recommendations, quick to respond to any requests, and genuinely caring about our comfort. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and nicely maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s a perfect destinations for a solo traveller or a family, as it is relatively close to Alpe di Siusi. Hotel has unexpectedly high quality Spa (sauna, internal and external pools). Everything was simply perfect, including the service and the staff members who were exceptionally professional.
