Beniamino is a fantastic host, he is super kind and he even helped us to solve our car problem, he is a truly amazing host. We recommend to everyone to go there and expereince the real Italian hospitatlity. :) The location is also really good, if you have car you can reach the Como lake within 20 mins, which was super convinent for us. The whole apartment is well equiped and the bed is really comfortable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Francesco, the manager, is exceptional with guests, Raj is a wealth of knowledge on Lake Como’s best dining and sightseeing spots, and Gaia at the front desk is simply lovely. The restaurant team was outstanding, especially the host, and every detail of our stay felt personalised. They even helped me plan my engagement proposal, arranging a private boat and photographer hire – a memory we’ll cherish forever. The padel courts were fantastic and became part of our morning routine, while the food was outstanding from breakfast through to lunch, dinner, and poolside snacks. I truly can’t recommend this hotel enough.

The cleanliness throughout the entire building. The highlight for me was the comfortable bathroom with bathrobes and slippers. I would recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfort, cleanliness, and a touch of taking care of guests; (rooms are spacy and equipped with electric kettles).

I originally booked one person per room instead of two by mistake, but the receptionist was incredibly kind and accommodating. He quickly sorted it out for me and only charged an extra 40 euros for all three nights, including breakfast – which I really appreciated! The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. The bed was quite large and comfortable. Next time, I might ask for an extra pillow, but that’s a minor thing. Another big plus: the bus station is right outside the hotel, and it takes approximately 25 minutes to get to Como town centre by the lake – very convenient! Overall, a great stay!
