It was beautiful and Susanne was the most helpful and knowledgeable and a wonderful host. The rooms we spacious and it was lovely to have a bbq and super quiet on the property. We enjoyed the park and the view!

The hotel is very nice, with friendly people and good service providers; they pay attention to small details, the room is clean and pleasant. A quiet place that provides an atmosphere for a quiet and relaxing vacation. The food is good for breakfast and dinner. We stayed in a room with two bedrooms, where three children slept in one room without any problems, and the second room was for the parents

Highly recommended for couples. The peace and quiet was perfect. It's really a secluded place that feels like your own private Villa. A pleasant large garden with a beautiful view of Tuscan villages, olive trees and rolling hills. The Villa is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you stepped into a different time and place. Excellent breakfast ritual: fresh baked croissants and pastries, and everyday a new variation of a homemade tart/pie. One morning the owner handmade fresh cream to enjoy with the croissants. Fresh juice and perfectly sized fruit plate for two. Everything was fresh, clean and delicious. Great coffee is served fresh in their coffee bar, bonus points there. Friendly and patient staff that made sure to assist us in many things, explain to us the best locations nearby and always checking to make sure we were satisfied. Finally, free parking available on site.

The most amazing and enchanting property. We absolutely loved it our stay at Castello Del Nero. This is definitely a five star experience. The staff are incredible and their attention to their guests is quite unbelievable. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt like we were staying in a guest house. The food was also amazing!

    Excellent place to stay and enjoy the Chianti area with family. The kids loved the playground and the gardens. Lovely dinners in the garden and walks among nature, absolutely fantastic time we have, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower, house was cosy and the kids didn’t not want to leave the hotel cause was wonderful to run around and explore.
