The hotel is really nice. I had a problem during my stay, but the employee Matteo was always incredibly available to help and resolve the situation, even outside of his working hours, providing the hospitality and passion for work desired in a hotel of this category. Loved, loved, loved all about it!!! The best service, amazing staff, very clean, modern Venetian style. Breakfast was superb, location by the water, walking distance from the train station and everywhere. Great restaurants nearby and delicious food. Also, complimentary use of umbrellas when it rained was plus. Highly recommend it and we would definitely come back. Thank you Carnaval Palace!

Everything!!!! Stuff are so kind and nice ( the best hotel stuff in whole Italy)!!! The location is good, walkable distance to bus and train station Airport shuttle bus is 10mins walkable distance as well The breakfast is clean, many options, and fresh The room is clean and comfortable It's a small hotel but feel ware welcomed The room sound proof is bad but hotel stuff helped us to inform the next room immediately (super fast, because we had early flight next day)

Very flexible staff. We arrived at 9.30 AM and we wanted to change the breakfast plan. In fact we took the breakfast in first day and we renounced at the breakfast in last day. The receptionist discussed with cleaning personal and pay attention to our room. At 10.30AM was ready for accomodation. Very quiet area.

The room was HUGE and exceptionally clean, the location was great, and the breakfast options were wonderful! It's a short walk (less than 10 minutes), whether dropped off by street taxi or water taxi. We reserved a water view king suite, and surprisingly, we were upgraded to a double king! It was more like a two bedroom apartment separated by a living space (fully furnished with a pull out sofa, two loveseats, and more, plus an 8-person conversation/dinner/conference table in both bedrooms. What a lovely surprise! If we ever visit Venice again, ca' bonfadini is definitely our only go- to!
