House was delightful, so cute, old fashioned, authentic, but had all the mod cons. A/C was an excellent addition. Very comfortable, easy to find, parking right outside, owners and neighbours were very friendly and helpful, we felt right at home. The setting is beautiful, a tiny hilltop village, but only 5 minutes from shops and services. An absolute joy to stay there, a great base for exploring the beautiful surrounding countryside, And all only an hour from Rome!!

Elisabetta and her husband are wonderful hosts. Eating at the agricultura in the evenings is greatly recommended as you’ll be served the most delicious and locally produced foods. We’ll be back for sure!

Our stay was really nice! The warm welcome from Gianni and his family was just touching, as we had booked last minute, a few hours before our arrival. We only stayed for one night, but we loved it! Since it was low season, they offered to cook for us, which was really kind of them, but we declined because we didn't want them to do so much work for just two of us, although they did recommend some great places to eat in Colle di Tora. The room had a view of the mountains which made waking up really magical. As we were the only guests, they asked us what time to have breakfast and at 8 Gianni had already prepared 2 homemade tarts and 1 homemade donut with jams and Nutella of our choice. The coffee was simply delicious, made with the coffee machine. Thank you so much! We highly recommend it!

This place is beautifully located with the most incredible scenery across the valley with immaculate gardens and grounds. The manager, Susannah was super helpful and kind throughout our short stay ensuring all our needs were met and exceeded. It is so nice to find a place where dogs are accommodated with care and thought allowing the whole family to enjoy a relaxing time! The breakfast was all homemade with delicious cakes and the most incredible fig jam! All in all I would highly recommend a stay of at least two nights to enjoy the stunning swimming pool and see the surrounding area. We will return!

The Apartment is brand new--spotless--and extremely well-designed and comfortable. The bed was one of the very best I have slept on here in Italy (many are not great at all--this one was very nice.) It is quiet. The bathroom is gorgeous--truly sleek, chic and beautiful. Well-designed. Very nice linens and towels. Heating and air conditioning are brand new and you get to control them easily! Everything was extremely new and nice.

The location is very central. The apartment is desinged beautifully with vintage furnitures, heating system and a new practical kitchen. The matresses and the pillows are very comfortable. The host is very welcoming. The fridge is stocked with fruits,milk and drinks. The area is quite and the view from the bedrooms is beautiful. The only part that could be better is that the bedroom is not 100% dark in the morning. There is a bit of light coming in from the windows and the additional heater makes a light sound while it's being on. I would go back again.

    A beautiful hilltop village, truly a step back in time, yet only minutes from all the facilities in nearly Osteria Nuovo. Wonderfully quaint, with a beautiful church. Everybody was really friendly and welcoming, the location is breathtaking, with amazing views of the surrounding hills in all directions.
