We had expected that La Laconda was a AirBnB, but to our pleasure found it was an auberge with a restaurant attached. The room was spartan, but adequate and clean. The bathroom was small, ad the shower needs maintenance: it sprays over the floor. The owner claims that there is no internet or wifi in the area - esssential in 2025 - even though settings on iPhones/ipads indicate that there is. The restaurant served good home-made food and wine, at reasonable cost.

The resort is surrounded by beautiful views so it’s a perfect place for a getaway holiday. The staff was extremely friendly, the design takes you back in time and everything is very well maintained. The amenities are all great, everything works as expected. The SPA is also very clean and never crowded because you reserve a time slot in advance. At dinner I had the best pasta I have ever eaten!

    An amazing medieval borgo turned into a really nice hotel. The view is breathtaking, unfortunately, we couldn't use the swimming pool because it was too cold, but it looked very nice and clean. We got a free upgrade and had a room with a terrace. We traveled with our dog and felt very welcomed there. There isn't a lot of light in the evening in the room but for us, it wasn't a problem.

    This is a stunning historical hotel in the middle of the Umbrian countryside with stunning views of the surrounding hills. The area around the pool and the terrace makes the most of this beautiful vista with that unique blue light that Umbria is famous for. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very professional and attentive. A perfect place to recharge

    Relais Il Canalicchio Country Resort & SPA in an incredible place at the end of the road. The drive was worth it. The hotel is super and the service was super. We had two rooms. Both big. One had a very special big bathroom few steps down. Both had execellent view.
