Magyarszombatfa is a small, quiet place with rural surroundings very close to the Slovenian border and about 40 kilometres from the Croatian border. Ideal for walking and cycling (take account of the slopes). Cycling and walking routes are signposted in the neighbouring town of Bajánsenye, however in Slovenia we did not find the cycle numbers (route 1).
