Great stay here in Orlec!! Despite the language barrier, Anica was so welcoming for us and took great care in making our time in the apartment as enjoyable as possible. We fully appreciate and are thankful for the genuine kindness of Anica and her family :) Orlec is also conveniently located in the center of Cres and the main road, allowing you to easily explore other parts of the island and Losinj.

Our stay in this charming house in Lubenice exceeded all expectations. The location right on the main square is simply perfect, and the authentic design feels like something out of a movie. The atmosphere is peaceful and truly special. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better. Everything was just perfect — we really hope to return soon!

We booked Biba apartment without knowing anything about Lubenice and surroundings. In the end, we spent the most magical 3,5 days, thanks to the apartment and the village Lubenice. Large, cozy apartment which has absolutely one may need for a long stay. One night here is definitely not enough. Take your time to explore the village, talk with the wonderful hosts who have such a sweet shop, visit the museum of the dying tradition of Cres, take hike to Sv. Ivan or Grota beaches, find sheeps on the rocks nearby. Every morning we woke up with the sunrise shining in our windows and having coffee at the terrace which overlooks the vast green valleys, feeling as if we are the only people around. Lubenice and Biba apartment made us feel home and we decided to surely come back some time in the future! About the practical stuff: 1) All windows have nets and we could sleep with open windows and breathing fresh night air 2) There's always place at the wide parking about 100m away 3) WiFi is working very well 4) If you want to wash the clothes, better to dry them before the noon because afterwards the sun will be on the other side of the home 5) Book longer stays! 1-2 days is not enough!

Loredana, our host was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The place was super comfortable, really well equipped, we like cooking and were able to bbq and even roasting Cres lamb, the most tasty and free range ever… and not to worry about dishes ( dishwasher available ). The location is on a steep hill to the village and beaches, I loved it, my partner struggled due to his lack of fitness ;) - make sure you find the footpath trails rather than following the road, it’s shorter and nicer. There are also plenty of trails to the neighbouring villages. I absolutely loved it and it’s an excellent value. Thank you Loredana for all your suggestions and lovely place.

    Ustrine is a small village about 180 meters above the sea. A quiet place to spend your vacation, the whole bay has 4 beaches. If you are staying in Ustrina, you can take a steep road to the beach by car. If you are not staying, you have to leave your car in front of the nice buffet and walk about 20 minutes. One of the most beautiful places with a sea view and the sunset.
