The facilities were amazing, very well equipped and cozy. There is everything (and more) one needs to spend carefree and relaxed getaway. Our family had the most amazing holiday in this facility. The host is extra helpful and kind and we would highly recommend this Villa to others. There were swallows visiting the pool several times a day and performing an amazing performance of nature, an amazing extra feature.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house. The property was perfect for our group, offering multiple rooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, cooker etc, a comfortable bathroom, and a pleasant outdoor space with a balcony and an outside table. The owner was exceptionally polite and accommodating. The location was ideal for exploring Istria, making it easy to embark on day trips to various sights and attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

The host is super friendly and the villa is amazing! When i booked this villa, i immediately received the whatsapp greeting message from the host which i already felt very welcomed! The host is ver patient. We were running late for the check- in time and kept delay but he waited for us until 10pm!! When we drove to arrive, he already stood in front of the villa and direct us how to park. He is really professional and we felt welcome. After we entered into the villa, he has already lightened up the scented candle and the house is full of sweet smell. He already prepared some breakfast for us and the kitchen is really well equipped! And then we talked together and he introduced Istria although is quite late. He really enjoys to do his job and he made us love Istria! The villa inside is in white color! But you can see that is sparkly clean! And they provide tissue paper too which is very seldom in apartment!! The TV is super super big * 100000 ! We enjoyed our movie night even we were very tired but we still don’t want to sleep as we really like this villa!! It was rainy day when we were there but i can see they have outdoor activities and can BBQ too! I wish i can come back next year to stay more nights to arrange a BBQ night! Also, i know that there is a pizza restaurant nearby and is famous too, i will try this too!! When we check out next day, the host stood in front of the villa and wait us to drive to leave and say goodbye to us. He made us don’t want to leave villa as he is really professional and he put a lot of efforts to manage the villa and treat his guests! Pls come to Visit and you never regret!!

Good size apartment and well equipped. Very clean. Had good sleep as it is very quiet. Stepjennet was a friendly host. Great base for visiting Motovun, Rovinj & Pula as it is only 30-40 minutes drive. Ample parking.

    We had a wonderful stay at Villa Stara Hirza - it is an absolutely fantastic house. We were six adults (three couples), each with a fantastic bedroom and en-suite bathroom. The house was cool, very spacious, and made from the best materials. The kitchen was also perfect, so we cooked a few meals ourselves – it had everything we needed. The owners of the house live nearby and were simply so sweet. When we arrived, there was plenty of fruit, charcuterie, and drinks, and during our stay, they brought homemade baked goods and prepared an amazing meal for us one evening – incredible hospitality. The house is located in a very peaceful area. Absolutely tranquil with beautiful views of the stars at night. It has two lovely terraces with views of beautiful nature. We spent a lot of time in the pool, took long walks, drove to the coast (35 minutes), stayed at the beach and swam in the ocean, and visited the small villages. We will definitely come back again.
