The hotel was impressively clean, and my seaview room offered breathtaking scenery that made work feel like a vacation. The food was delicious, especially the seafood. What made this trip stand out, though, was the peaceful ambiance and the incredibly friendly and professional staff. Akron Seascape Resort Hotel is a top choice. The frontman and the owner - Dimitris (if I remember correctly) is super kind and helpful. A very warm person who you can talk with for a long time. The facilities as a whole are a bit dated but that's acceptable, the pool is very clean. Exceptionally comfy beds, slept like babies. Very close to the beach

If you are looking for a unique stay on Corfu, this is it. The house is completely renovated in traditional style and the balcony gives you a wonderful view. We were welcomed by Andreas who proudly showed us the premises. Next to the house is an old olive press (almost a museum), a chapel and vegetable garden. You can see that a lot of love and work went into the project. The family is lovely, generous and seems very happy to share their place. They can be really proud. We wished we stayed longer.

    Peroulades is a quiet village tucked away in the North of Corfu. It is untouched by the majority of tourists although in the evening quite a few tourists come to watch the sunset and dine in the restaurant overlooking the beach.

    It's a village with a few small hotels and apartments houses...

    It's a village with a few small hotels and apartments houses. It offers quite a few tavernas and a small supermarket. It's not directly by the sea - it takes a few minutes to get to the nearest beach. We travelled with a Vespa scooter across the island, so we could visit many places around Peroulades like Sidari, Afionas, Porto Timone Beach. Place for those who like quiet holidays outside crowded touristic areas.

    Peroulades in in the north of Corfu.

    Peroulades in in the north of Corfu. It's a great area to hike, bath and meet authentic greek people. You should have a rental car to get the opportunity to get around and see the beautiful area.
