Perfect location. Asked for a quiet room, which I got. Beach view. Close to beach and loved the Taj Mahal beach bar which was located straight across the street. Nice room, clean and nice balcony. Room was good size. Friendly staff. The breakfast was just ok, and very simple. But the beach was so close so we were only at the beach anyways. Bring swimming shoes for the beach.

Everything about this hotel was truly a pleasure. It really should not have only 1 star, we have been to four star hotels that are not as good as this hotel. Quiet, clean, beautiful pool, lovely breakfast and best of all was the service. The owner of the hotel is one of the kindest, friendliest and most helpful people we have met working in hospitality in our many travels. All the staff were lovely. We never leave reviews but this hotel deserves the praise that much that this time we had to. I hope one day we come back to Karlovassi so we can stay here again.

Loved the antique style furniture . It's beautiful. Nice big bathroom. Nice complimentary products like razor with shaving foam came in very handy as husband forgot his shaver home 😊. Breakfast and coffee were very good. ( lot of choice) . Definitely will return.

If you are looking for the perfect hotel in Karlovasi, don't hesitate to book Samaina Port Hotel. From the start of our arrival the greeting was perfect. We celebrated our honeymoon, so we found a very nice surprise in the fridge and the whole room was decorated with candles. It is worth booking a room with a sea view, because you will have the opportunity to see the most beautiful harbor and enjoy delicious samian wine on the balcony. The room is very spacious and bright with a king size bed. The linen smelled wonderful. There is an elevator, so you won’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs. I really liked that the most popular restaurants are under the hotel, there are a lot of people, so you can sleep with the balcony open and listen to people’s laughter mixed with the sound of the sea. If the sound bothers you, you can always close the windows :) There is a free parking lot nearby where you can leave your car. Special thanks to the reception staff. My husband and I want to thank you very much and wish you the best of luck.

The hotel was very good in terms of value for money. I think its location is quite nice, just a step away from the sea. Maria arranged a nice room for me ☺️ and I really loved her. She was friendly and hospitality. Also, the average age of the guests in the hotel was quite high. There was a peaceful atmosphere in the hotel :)
