we loved EVERYTHING! The position is perfect, you have an amazing panoramic view and direct access to the sea. You can also rent kayak or sup for free to explore the coast! Apart for the beautiful private “beach” on the cliffs, there is also a nice pool with inflatable mattresses. Sunbeds are free for the guests and you don’t have to rush in the morning to find one available. Rooms are very well equipped, clean and spacious. Plus, you get 2 free bottles of water everyday. The hotel also provides beach towels, flip flops and a big tote bag. The food is great! We ate breakfast and lunch everyday at the hotel and were never disappointed. The last day they also gave us a lunch box to bring to the airport. Last but not least, all the hosts are always smiling and super kind!!

Our stay at Bali Star Hotel in Crete turned into sincerely magical! From the moment we arrived, we had been greeted with heat hospitality and beautiful sea perspectives. The sea view room with a private pool was a dream come actual. The staff at Bali Star Hotel truly made our stay excellent. Their first rate carrier and real warm made us experience like valued visitors all through our entire go to. They went above and past to make certain all our needs were met, and their friendly smiles brightened our days. One of the highlights of our stay became absolutely the extremely good meals. The restaurant served a delectable array of dishes, each bursting with flavors that delighted our taste buds, a lot of olive oil 😁🫒. What struck me the most become that Bali Star Hotel feels like an underrated gem. It merits to be heard approximately way greater! The level of provider, interest to detail, and overall revel in passed many well-known luxury resorts. I consider more people need to have the opportunity to find out this hidden treasure in Crete. I really wanted to write you to say that traveling around the world and providing different culture for our family is what we value the most. Knowing Greece was my biggest dream in my 41 years life… It is so special to have chosen somewhere so committed with the guests. We are very impressed and thankful. A good room with beautiful view was something so important to me and you found us simply the most beautiful room we could wish/deserve. Kids are enjoying everything, they loved the aquapark! I loved the wine menu available in the all inclusive experience. Our cretan barbecue during the sunset was a gift! This is the best resort we have ever been to, and when I say that, believe me, it is a huge thing! We have been to the best in caribean, Florida, Brazil, Portugal, Italy, Spain… As the music says: You’re simply the best! We will never forget these days!

perfect sand beach. large spacious rooms. excellent view from the window, if you are on the second floor, it does not matter whether it is a view of the mountains or the sea. It's good that you don't have air conditioning in the dining room, but only a windmill near the coffee machine. There is another one of the same kind missing in the opposite corner of the room. This allows people at least not to catch a cold while eating. Breakfast and dinner are not as mega varied as in 5-star hotels, but there is always plenty to choose from. and the food is very tasty. Thank you! I will definitely come to you again. p.s. You can get to the hotel and back from Heraklion from the KTEL bus station for 5.40 euros, but the bus is usually late by 15-30 minutes. The bus only runs every 2 hours!!!
