Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see...
Armenistis is a lovely place to stay but if you want to see the best parts of the island you really need a car. I didn't have one and felt that I didn't see more than the beach. The seasonal bus had stopped running so I wasn't able to go very far which was quite frustrating. She gave us instructions about everything in the island - excellent recommendations for beaches (based on wind direction), restaurants, Greek festivities and nightlife! The location of the apartment is lovely - walkable distance from the Armenistis beach and a small beach in the city port (max 5’ ). The place has a homelike feeling you won’t find anymore; your can tell everything is selected with care and has the authentic Greek island vibe.
