    Excellent value, good food well presented, friendly happy staff. A good place for a short stay in the country. Pool and leisure centre and a golf course all on site. Nothing really bad about the place at all

    The Breakfast was really good plenty to choose from, The room was nice warm and clean. Would have liked to be in the main hotel building as there is a short 3 min walk between buildings but you can drive between car parks.

    Staff ah-mah-zing.

    Staff ah-mah-zing. If first time user, total lack of direction. Rowdy groups / golf groups need to observe that it is a SPA/ Quiet space, several groups, of very loud golf people, not acceptable! Facilities slightly lacking. There were no bathrobes available when we accessed the spa, my husband is overweight and very self conscious...a robe would have made all the difference. There is also a huge lack of differentiation between spa facilities, exactly what you are entitled to access!!!! This should be discussed at booking in at reception Cold plates and cold food at breakfast also coffee was of VERY POOR quality. Lots of slamming doors at night,sleep disturbed several times overnight. Lack of air-conditioning, this is a major issue. However the bed and bedding very comfortable but furniture needs updating.

    The gym was great and that's about where I have to end with...

    The gym was great and that's about where I have to end with the compliments. Unfortunately we couldn't get any treatments or even a table in the restaurant for an evening meal. The staff were mediocre, we were left waiting far to long for service in the bar and it felt at check-in that we were a hindrance.

    Facilities were exceptional, all staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was presented well, and Spa/Wellness rooms were very clean and pleasant. Only drawback was refrigerator had to be switched off as too noisy in the night. All in all a very enjoyable weekend away.

    I stayed on B&B rate. It was a bargain rate for B&B and the breakfast had a large selection of food so plenty to choose from. There’s a great pub in the village which is highly recommended. The room I had was in The Paddocks so separate from the main hotel. I could upgrade for additional £20. I was visiting friends so only used as a base and didn’t use the facilities but they looked great.

    Clean, modern, quiet and very well equipped. It had everything I needed. The owner is friendly and welcoming, answered all my questions and made me feel at home. I would return and strongly recommend this place if visiting Whittlebury.

    The location was perfect for us, within walking distance of Whittlebury Hall where we had an event. The room was lovely, especially the bathroom, large and with a window! Breakfast was of high quality.
