We were delighted with the hotel: lovely, spacious, and clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a nice bathroom with all the necessities. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the pub; the meal was delicious, as was the breakfast. The hotel has a historical soul, but is equipped with up-to-date amenities.

The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. They allowed us to check in early after a long journey which we were so grateful for. The room itself was lovely, clean, cosy, and well maintained. It is quiet in the hotel even though there is a restaurant and pub downstairs. The hotel is in a village which is quaint and great for long walks and visiting castles. I would recommend this hotel for an authentic English B&B experience.

Everything was perfect and was taking you back to the ages of Ann Boleyn. The room was giving you the essence of luxury and everything was built with high quality and respect to the history of the castle. The gardens and the fact that you could visit them also when they are closed for the public were really special. The whole experience was splendid.

Absolutely lush! I cannot recommend this place enough. Beautiful surroundings, so much wildlife to see and hear. Lovely and clean, hosts were very friendly and helpful. This is an absolutely perfect place to relax and unwind away from the busy hustle bustle of life. ❤️ We will definitely be back!
