    Received a phone call this morning from the owner in which...

    Received a phone call this morning from the owner in which he offered a parietal refund as we very disappointed and actually rather disgusted with the stay. Unfortunately the owner has now said that due to our last review he will not be giving us any money back unless we take down our previous review. Absolutely appalled at the disrespectful manner in which I was spoken to. Would not under any circumstances recommend this property.

    Lovely pub and hotel. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were all so helpful, friendly and welcoming. Our room was as described. Perfect for our 2 night stay and great location for going to Oulton Park to watch the BSB superbikes. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you.

    The hotel and staff was absolutely spot on. The chips and pie we had for tea was lovely and the full English breakfast was genuinely the best breakfast I've ever had. I will 100% be stopping again

    Stayed here when I was supposed to be doing an equestrian camp at Kelsall. Room was very comfortable, staff friendly and a good breakfast. Tarvin is a nice village.
