Absolutely everything, the professionalism of the staff, the amazing scenic view from the room (number 1 and number 3 as we decided to stay an extra night), the amazing bed. They were also very accommodating with our dog, and the dog walk around the hotel is marvellous! The restaurant food was also really great! And so was the breakfast! Thank you

Lovely central hotel with great steakhouse attached. Very clean with friendly staff. Parking permit provided to park car up road in gym car park which was absolutely fine. Given a lovely complimentary breakfast box full of goodies too.

Location was amazing and great for exploring. Brett and Anthea were delightful and made us feel so welcome.. The food was amazing with hearty portions and the accommodation was quaint and cosy. The scenery is overwhelmingly beautiful. We were so blessed with the beautiful weather and took advantage of exploring Keswick and surrounds.

The heating was off when we arrived late at night, so the bathroom and bedroom were freezing. But we will know that till next time. Except for that everything about this place is lovely and we particularly love the spacious beds and cleanliness of the entire property. We will definitely be back.
