How spacious and cozy the place was; the service on the owners behalf was amazing, having the log burner & hot tub ready on our arrival as well as offering us an earlier check in. Also sending across plenty of information on what roads to take as some could be dangerous to take due to the weather; it was easy enough to find the property.

The staff were really friendly from the moment we got there until the moment we left! The room was lovely, clean, tidy, well stocked and equipped. Information about parking, check in/out, restaurant was all really clear. The Bowling Green was superb, friendly and organised staff and the food was superb

Everything about this hotel was just perfect. The hotel is positioned amongst stunning Derbyshire countryside and exudes classic English elegance and charm. Loved the evening entertainment especially out if season wasn’t expecting it! Amazing singers & family quiz, both nights during our stay. The waterpark was amazing the children had a ball! Room had an Xbox and mini fridge which is always appreciated with families! Dan one of the team members was very friendly and accommodating. My daughters have their own you tube channel where they document all their stays they done 2 days of Alton Towers on there, their username is Barnett Brownies 😀
