Although I had arranged in advance with ABSA Bank what my likely expenses would be in the UK, I had difficulty using the credit card on arrival. Nikki, the receptionist, was really laid-back while I phoned my bank in South Africa to get my arrangement sorted. Eventually, I did and from that moment onwards, everything worked smoothly

    Great cottage with everything we needed for a one night stay. Lovely village location with walks along the canal and over into Shugborough. Minutes from Cannock Chase by car. Bonus lovely little garden to sit and have breakfast etc on a nice day.
