I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing time in Jersey at the Pomme d'Or. Its situation so close to the bus station is so convenient for travelling. My room as always clean and tidy thanks to Narvil's work. I could not find any faults with the room. I had requested a "quiet" room and 328 was ideal. All the staff were efficient and welcoming. The buffet breakfast was well arranged and the food excellent.

I absolutely love this hotel and everything about it. It’s the hotel with the soul and the addition to details there is amazing. The room that we got had a beautiful garden view. We received some treats on our welcome which was very kind. The rooms are very clean, lovely decorated and are equipped with suite pads where you can find all the information about the hotel, book your meal or a spa treatment. Staff members was very friendly and helpful and food was exceptional. Overall we very much enjoyed our short stay in this charming hotel and 100% we will visit it again.

A really great place to stay. The staff was amazing. The front desk people helped me with alot of logistics for my travels, they were so patient and supportive, I wish every hotel were like that! The pool is nice, if weather allows. Location is great, fifteen minutes to the port. The rooms facing the back are quieter.

Check in was really easy, straightforward and everyone have been very welcoming and accommodating. There was a hiccup with the room and the team went above and beyond to ensure that we were looked after. While the bathrooms look a bit dated, the room size, views and comfortable bed and amenities more than make up for it. The location is excellent with all conveniences nearby.

Fab location and attentive staff ! Coffee and water in the room and also got an upgrade since it was my birthday! Had dinner which was delicious and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Shout out to David and Carolina which were brilliant on the night!     Used the public bus service to get around sightseeing.

    Used the public bus service to get around sightseeing. We visited St Brelade's, St Aubin, the shops at Red Houses and Jersey Pearl. Also took a daytrip by sea to Guernsey (this was booked before we left home) the trip was terminated before the return sailing due to high winds/rough weather but the tour of the island was excellent and the tour company arranged and paid for flights back to Jersey. Jersey is nicely compact and has plenty to see and do even if you don't go for the beaches (we didn't)

    Beautiful island and very easy to walk around St Helier even at night, feels safe with a good mix of bars and restaurants. Lots of shops, lovely indoor market and easy to navigate. Not too many budget options for eating and drinking out.

    Beautiful, clean and well maintained.

    Beautiful, clean and well maintained. Beautiful beaches at St Brelade and family friendly. Beaches to the west of the island were less rocky and more sandy. Boxes of beach toys left out for children to borrow in several places. Lots of castles, forts, little harbours, gardens, coastal walks and cycle tracks. Also a frequent bus service around the island from St Helier.

    St Helier was extemely busy, and this was towards the end of the season. There was lots of traffic for such a small island. The roads away from the main road were very narrow in places. Driving around the rest of island away from St Helier though was quite easy. Plenty of carparks and plenty of public toilets!

    St Helier is good as a base to visit the rest of Jersey.

    St Helier is good as a base to visit the rest of Jersey. We enjoyed the Howard Davis Park, La Fregate cafe, Maritime Museum & Occupation Tapestry, the Lamplighter pub and Le Petit Train journey to St Brelade and back.

    Lots to learn with local museums providing excellent stories...

    Lots to learn with local museums providing excellent stories. We particularly enjoyed the Jersey museum (on the doorstep) and the maritime museum ( 5 minute walk). Jersey Zoo was really good. St Helier is bursting with dining venues, many with live evening music. A bit on the expensive side but what do you expect on holiday.

    A wonderful luxurious Hotel with very stylish decor. The bedroom was huge (room 46) with a fantastic comfortable bed and a big bathroom. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice - all the food was top quality. The staff were all lovely especially Stella from housekeeping who cleaned our room - she did an excellent job - all the staff smiled and said hello when we met them. A great place to stay in St. Helier and not too far from the town centre.

    Room view brilliant as I upgraded to Premier, but it looked tired not as plush I expected. Food was very good quality and presented well, the chef is top standard. Location is good for mobile people able to walk into town centre, but for older people it would help to have small bus by hotel as taxi fares at £8 one way does add cost.
