We were met by Keiran who made us feel very welcome. Our room was ready for check-in @3pm on arrival and was clean and tidy. We ate in the restaurant on 3 separate evenings (including NY Eve), the staff were excellent (many thanks to Gemma & Tom for looking after us) and the food was top notch with good portions and even a few cocktails, which in my opinion were very reasonably priced.

A friendly, well run hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff who looked after our large party exceptioanly well. The hotel feels a little tired and dated and it was easy to get lost but the beds were comfortable and the family enjoyed being together most importantly.
