The place is very nice, the staff was very polite and friendly, nice and quite and a nice place to have food and a beer, the roast was disappointing to be honest but all other food was nice, like the breakfast and there burgers. The room was a good size, the pillows was uncomfortable, my girlfriend couldn't sleep the first night and I couldn't sleep the second night, the WiFi was very poor but in a location like that, I'm not surprised. The Peak district is just one of the most beautiful areas in the world and the Little Mill is very well situated to provide an opportunity to explore the beauty. As a gastro pub, it provides very good meals made from local produce and one can also get a very good draught beer. The rooms for overnight are excellent, spacious and comfortable. Walks from the front door are spectacular if one likes raw nature at its most beautiful level and some of them can be quite challenging.Guest review bynigelDenmark - 10.0

New Mills is a lovely, distinctive town with a system of old viaducts that you can walk under and around. Other walks include the Millenium Walk that passes by the river Goyt and the ruins of an old mill. The local shops have everything you need for a visit and there are some lovely restaurants we would particularly recommend Sicilian restaurant A Travola. Lovely place to stay.
Lovely place to stay. There was a real homely and family feel to it. Dogs and children welcome. The staff couldn't do enough to help. The food and drinks were really reasonably priced, portion sizes were huge! Would absolutely stay here again. Such good value for moneyGuest review byabby - 10.0
