Ash Farm Country House was a most welcoming, peaceful place. Lovely host David and his wife took great care of us. Lovely spacious garden, if you love cats as I do you will love their two beautiful cats who were really friendly. The room we had was spacious with a huge comfy bed and lots of refreshments and treats to enjoy over our stay. We definitely recommend anyone to come and stay here. You won’t be disappointed! We were a stones throw from Dunham Massey the lovely park, mill and tearooms. The canal with pathway to Lymm and the pub next door called Swan With Two Nicks definitely worth an evening meal there. Wish we had gone to the Italian Restaurant at the back of B&B as the menu was in our hotel but we will be back to try it next time!Guest review byCorrie NairnUnited Kingdom - 10.0

The breakfast was excellent.
The breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable and clean with all the things you would expect …. Such as kettle, tea and coffee (good quality), eco friendly mineral water etc. Lovely to have use of the garden terrace. Quiet location. Very convenient having the pub next door. Dinner was good, fresh and tasty. Good service. Great to be able to walk to the deer park. Would have liked to have walked along the canal and the river but did not have time!
