It took 45 minutes to get in - we were provided with 8 different key codes to try and when we finally got the key, it was very difficult to open the door There was no hot water or heating on in the house - it was therefore cold and we couldn’t wash it was like living in a student house - badly finished walls, no handle on a bedroom door, open pipe work in bedroom, sofa in unkept garden It was dirty, with a decomposed wasp on the floor It was unsafe - with extremely steep stairs and no railing on it.
