I stayed here for the second time because it´s close to the Peak District. This apartment has enough space, the washing mashine was working and parking was no problem.

The room was very nice; very clean and tastefully designed. The hotel also has a very nice restaurant attached and I had a very nice lunch. The shower was easy to work; the "bay" window had a large area to put bags etc out of the way and the bed itself was very comfortable.

Excellent There were problems with the people next door one night which the staff dealt with admirably. Otherwise everything was extremely good. I have stayed at the Garrison several times and have always been very pleased.

    Busy if the football's on, but generally a quiet part of Sheffield. Seems to be a good variety of shops. Hillsborough Park is nice, and they do Park Run on a Saturday. 15min drive into the centre... more like 25min at rush-hours.

    It took 45 minutes to get in - we were provided with 8 different key codes to try and when we finally got the key, it was very difficult to open the door There was no hot water or heating on in the house - it was therefore cold and we couldn’t wash it was like living in a student house - badly finished walls, no handle on a bedroom door, open pipe work in bedroom, sofa in unkept garden It was dirty, with a decomposed wasp on the floor It was unsafe - with extremely steep stairs and no railing on it. Worst place we’ve ever stayed.
