    The location was perfect for flying out the next morning.

    The location was perfect for flying out the next morning. We did choose to pay for the shuttle to Terminal 5, rather than haul our luggage on the free train. It's a very nice hotel, the room was small but comfortable for 1 night, and the beds were fine, though a little on the firm side as the English seem to like. We had a very nice Indian dinner at the Urban Brass conveniently located in the hotel lobby. The Indian choices were authentic and delicious, not overly spicy as Indian food goes. I think the Indian choices are better than the English side of the menu, as it is primarily Indian with a very friendly staff from India. I would recommend this hotel.

    The buffet breakfast was ideal for us and in a very quiet and peaceful setting. There were people around to help you to a seat and so the dining room didn't seem too overcrowded. The staff greeted us and that made a difference to our experience for breakfast!! The room was better than expected and we took a walk in the evening despite it being on a busy road. The reception staff helped with information about the shuttle bus to our terminal and it all worked well. We ate in the evening at the pub down the road which was very busy but good value food.

    Location iscideal for our terminal. We booked the airport taxis from the machine in the foyer. Which was easy to use and reliable. Only stayed the 1 night before our early flight the next day. We did not arrive at the hotel until after 22:30 pm.

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in...

    We had two rooms booked since March for our stay in September, one of which was specifically a twin room for my two sons (aged 18 and 21). On arrival, after a long and confusing check-in process, we were first told that the hotel could not find our reservation. After around 15 stressful minutes, they eventually located it—only to then inform us that they had no twin rooms available due to an unspecified "issue," which was never properly explained. Instead, they gave my sons a king bed to share. These are two grown men, so it was completely unsuitable. In the end, one of them had to sleep on the floor. This was a shocking and very disappointing start to our holiday, especially after booking so far in advance.

    Pleased with the quality of hotel.

    Pleased with the quality of hotel. Excellent shuttle service Limited food availability on late evening arrival, although there was a choice of two meals and I hadn't been sure if there would be any food as no information in pre arrival emails

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2.

    Very easy to get to from T2 and also get back to T2. Large bar area and food served until very late if you need any. Rooms good sized and bathroom decent with good power shower, Bed very comfortable so slept very well, which is unusual for me.

    The hotel has a 24hours desk check-in, it's very useful when you arrive at night to Heathrow airport. And taxi drives you in 15 minutes from airport to the hotel. A king-size bed is enough to sleep for 2 adults+2 children. Breakfast is various and tasty, and free for little children. The tube station is located In front of hotel entrance - very useful to travel to the center of London.

    Lovely property so close to Heathrow Terminal 2 - Great dinner and restaurant and bar guys were excellent-very smiley and helpful. For people wanting local bus service take bus 105 (Uxbridge) from Plat 19 - first stop is Hotel near entrance pathway and return to Terminal 2 on U3 at same stop and direct 10mins to terminal. Will stay again when flying out of Terminal 2

    So convenient for both our flight & train in and out of London. Terminal 4 and underground tube station just a couple of minutes walk through the enclosed overpass walkway. Comfortable, quiet and clean rooms. Room sizes felt larger and more spacious than standard. So very quiet even though so closely located to the airport. Good value for price.

    Got charged and extra 75 pounds when arrive etc no reception until 9 am no coffee in rooms clean room tidy etc but would not stay better deals I paid all other hotels no hidden charges etc taxie very long 3 miles grid lock traffic cheaper stay hotel terminals re London traffic

    The bed was just amazing! So comfortable! The linen and towels smelt really good. Very clean and spacious room, quiet and friendly staff. Housekeeping is very accommodating. This hotel is at the top of the list of my favorite hotels in London Heathrow.
