Check in was very easy and the staff was very helpful and attentive. The room was perfect, and included a tea kettle with tea and coffee, a large bathroom with a towel warmer, and a very comfortable bed.

This was a superbly comfortable well located, historic and beautiful place to stay. Booking in was easy, the location is just awesome and the unit had everything we needed for a 2 night stay. This was one of the best places I‘ve ever been to. Viv and Steve are perfect hosts and spoiled us. Breakfast is excellent. Our room was cosy with a great view. If we ever make it again to Skye we will definitely stay there again. Thank you very, very much, Thomas

    Quiet, beautiful, idyllic village far from the touristy...

    Quiet, beautiful, idyllic village far from the touristy places but with plenty to do. Be prepared to drive at least a few miles of single-track roads for anything, and the nearest convenience store is all the way in Dunvegan! Stein, the next village, has some really good restaurants (Loch Bay is I think the only Michelin Starred restaurant in all of Skye. Stein Inn was very good as well). There are boat trips from nearby as well. The village is so quiet we managed to get great views of the night sky and the meteor shower - something we weren't even expecting!
