Very comfortable beds. Rooms were nice and tidy and the location was easily to find. We went to alton towers on the day and slept very well on the night. Staff were lovely and friendly and very welcoming. Hotel was clean and room was easy to find.

The breakfast was amazing and the staffs were helpful and friendly. They have outdoor play area and toys for kids and the hotel is kid-friendly. The guest restrooms at the reception area are always clean too. The staffs are approachable and always ready to help.

It exceeded my expectations for the budget price that we had to pay. I was blown away with what we had for the cost of our stay. £40 for two people and there was a sauna, a gym, a steam room. Although budget it's 100% worth and value for money, but remember it is a budget. Stay bear that in mind the holiday is what you make it. We met some wonderful people. Thank you for this day. I would definitely go back. The atmosphere was great

    Clean, tidy and spacious. Great stay for Alton Towers. Harry couldn’t do enough for us and was quick to reply when we asked questions. Would highly recommend a stay. Close to order good food too. Close to amenities in Hanley and 30 minutes from Alton Towers.
