Accommodation located next to Suffolk Nature Reserve and...
Accommodation located next to Suffolk Nature Reserve and that was the reason for booking here - nothing much in Flempton as such. Nature reserve excellent. Visited Bury St Edmunds and explored Gardens, Edmundsbury Cathedral, St Mary's church, old part of town, market (Wednesday and also on Saturday) and quite extensive modern shopping area. Parking easy. Also good visits to Wicken Fen, Ely Cathedral while staying at Lackford Lakes and Wimpole Hall and Anglesey Abbey on journey to and from Lackford Lakes - all very good. Self catering well provided for at the Barns so only ate out once locally at The Guiness which was good.Guest review bySueUnited Kingdom
