Service by the staff was exemplary. The concierge team was excellent and made us feel most comfortable and at home. Despite changes in shift, our requests were always followed through by the different teams. The staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming and helpful. The very tall lady always welcomed us with a cheery good morning and she remembered us and our preferences. We didnt manage to get her name though. Thank you all so much for being so professional yet welcoming, friendly and helpful! 5 stars for all the people that made the experience possible. By the second day, we always looked out for the logo atop the hotel. It is like coming home.

Overall, I had a great experience, staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect. This is the perfect hotel for a student who wants to study in QUB and prefers to stay temporary.

Location is fabulous. Belfast Harbour. SSE and Donegall Sq all accessible by foot. Staff really welcoming in particular the breakfast staff. Thank you to Billy for great conversation, knowledge and local history. Rare to find a family room in hotels and the room was large and spacious.vwry warm and comfortable.

The room was gorgeous, actually the entire hotel was gorgeous. Very secure. Neighbourhood close to restaurants/pubs and the town hall which was having its beautiful Christmas market. Very close to tour buses. Absolutely perfect accommodation!
