The Lounge Team was wonderful! They went above and beyond to be welcoming and helpful hosts. They made me love Penrith! Also, the included breakfast was delicious. They did a great job of accommodating my allergies/restrictions. It is also in a prime location near ample shops and restaurants.

The hotel is so good, comfortable, clean and quite. Staffs were nice and helpful. Food was fantastic and accessible as they can serve meals, breakfast was delicious at its best, fancy set-up. I am amazed by the modernity of the room.

Lovely hotel, very easy to locate and plenty of parking. The pool and leisure facilities are very good and the restaurant provided delicious food, really enjoyable. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Close to the Railway station which we needed the next day so great location and we were able to walk to the town. I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would recommend.
