The host actually met us at the property and provided an in person tour of the property, going over everything and answering questions we may have had. He even advised which local restauarnts provided which options. The property comes with a detailed guide book and many instructions laid out over the location to help you on the way. The Bee's were busy setting this up, well done!

It was just across from the sea,the dog loved the yard ,it also had a lovely patio set, very comfortable.It was a treat for me because it had a dishwasher.Would definitely stay again,good communication with the owner.

    The location was perfect, right in the heart of the main town center with plenty of nearby options to explore. The beach was just a short walk away, and everything we needed, from shops to restaurants, was easily accessible. A truly enjoyable and convenient stay!

    Colwyn Bay has a lovely sandy beach, whereby the sea doesn't come all the way to the edge of the bay so some of the sand is dry, which is perfect for sitting on. The water looked clean and plenty of people were playing, swimming, jet boating along it. There where activities for children to play with along the promenade, free and to pay for. It seems like a sleepy seaside town, with very little trouble. All the streets were clean and the beach was beautiful. Parking wasn't too bad either.

    We were on a difficult trip as a family to clear a house of an elderly relative. Being able to come back to Min-y- don in the evening was a real treat. Beautiful comfortable house with excellent facilities and a stunning view. Sadly we were not able to make the most of our stay as we were too busy.

    Lovely friendly town. Fantastic beach. Well placed to visit other places in North Wales. A MUST vist is INK, an upcoming cafe/bar with very forward thinking owners. They concentrate on art, culture and diversity just a fantastic space to be in. The beach is spacious clean and not overcrowded. Loads of walking/stolling to be done at whatever pace suits you best.

    The beautiful, golden beach is wonderful.

    The beautiful, golden beach is wonderful. It's a very family-friendly place with some lovely pubs with play areas for children. Lots of touristy shops and places to eat. It's also an excellent base for visiting local attractions. I went to the Zoo, Bodnant Gardens and Conwy Castle.

    Great location, the apartment is large, super comfortable and very modern! The kitchen has all the basic and necessary utensils! There are several shops nearby and a pub with live music! The beach have good location and has ample space of sand until you reach the water and you can go walking or cycling. feel at home!

    Everything..... Clean quiet. Jane was friendly and approachable nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast delivered daily to the room with a simple text message to the host if you wanted to change your order. Small extras in the room bottle of wine, strawberries blueberries, yoghurts, bread, butter, biscuits etc. 100 percent recommended so good we've booked again for next year!!! No parking issues and just a 10 minute stroll for the amenities in Colwyn Bay.

    We loved the location, the beds were very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. The garden was completely enclosed so we knew the dog couldn't escape. The sea was only a short walk away, or a couple of minutes by car to get to the longer beach at Colwyn Bay.
