Very nice accommodation. Certainly in the top 5 of places I have ever stayed. Perfect for solo travellers or couples. The owners have clearly put in a great level of care detail and attention into creating a nice place to stay not too far from the beach. The hot tub is a nice bonus also.

Amazing value for money and location 10 minute walk from the beach pictures are as the property shows great little find and most definitely value for money. Isaac the host was always prompt in response and checked we had arrived and settled in ok. And then checked throughout our stay that everything was ok. Also the fact we could bring our dog with no extra cost to the booking is a massive plus as a lot of places charge you the earth for your furry pet to come along

Excellent staff, a lovely warm welcome. Being upgraded is always a bonus! A good sized bedroom with a large bath, fluffy large white towels. Complementary tea, coffee, fresh milk biscuits and water. Bed was comfy, with a portable Dyson fan and air-conditioning. Good blackout curtains. Dinner and breakfast was superb.

The room was neat, they daily supllies the room with a bottle of water, instant coffe, tea, cream and an electric kettle. Breakfast has a whole menu with plenty options, including the traditional english breakfast, which i really enjoyed.

The receptionist, sorry I can't remember her name , was great and very warm and welcoming. All questions had answers with her, thank you very much. Breakfast was very good. Location was great as it is literally 5 minutes from the pier, which is great. Room clean and tidy. Spacious room.

From check in to check out this hotel was superb. The staff were so welcoming and friendly. Our room with a view of the sea was spotless and we appreciated the tea/coffee making facilities. The bathroom was big, spotless, with plenty of big fluffy immaculately white towels. Breakfast was good, with a huge range of hot and cold options. The coffee is of good quality which is always a bonus point. It was my first visit to Bournemouth and this hotel…it will not be my last. I think we have found a gem.

    The grounds were lovely to look at from the lodge we stayed...

    The grounds were lovely to look at from the lodge we stayed in. The staff were pleasant and a good breakfast. Its worth mentioning in the description that the pool is only small. It was a shame that our stay was cut short due to a noise disturbance from a heavy duty lawnmower that lasted all afternoon which spoilt our relaxing day. Not a good idea for the staff to be whizzing round when visitors just want to chill out by the pool but apart from that it was a nice place to stay.
