We were the only ones in the hotel on this dreary January day. But Kat and Heather went out of their way to make us comfortable. It was a lovely place and the beds - even the extra beds- in our room were amazing. We all had a wonderful sleep and a great breakfast the next morning. Thanks again Kat and Heather!

Felt very welcome when I arrived. Smiling helpful young lady helped me to my room as there was no elevator. Room and bed very comfortable. Tiniest sink I’ve ever seen, but it worked. Lovely breakfast, and huge. Also had dinner one night, which was delicious.

What a lovely clean cosy wee cottage. Everything was spotless. Facilities are great. Super wee hamper on arrival. Walking distance into Berwick or Spittal. We did both. Supermarket just up behind the cottage and the view is excellent. Will be back.

    Lower Burnmouth where the property is, great quiet place. A bit of a climb out, but so easy to walk onto the coastal path where you can go North or South with great views. Nice walk to Eyemouth where you can get a coffee, beer or something to eat. Burnmouth, there is nothing.
