The breakfast options are amazing! You can have a different breakfast to order from the kitchen everyday and won’t run out of options. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they had a lot of helpful suggestions whenever I needed them. The pub was not loud at all so I could sleep well during the night.

A wonderful family-run farmhouse B&B. Be prepared for a warm Welsh welcome. Nigel and Jane were the perfect hosts making our stay just that more special. The room is cosy and comfortable and a superb breakfast is provided – choice of Traditional or Welsh. Don’t forget to try the variety of jams. We would have loved to stay longer to make use of the common rooms especially the period style lounge. Free and safe on-site parking is provided – always preferred when using a rental vehicle. Carmarthenshire, Swansea, Gower Peninsula and Pembrokeshire are just a short drive away. Sorry we did not get to meet Rosie and Jasmine.

The hosts were very welcoming. The retro styling made it feel very homely. There was nothing missing. The outside area looked so inviting, but it was too cool to use A bonus was the stereo and its record collection. We would have stayed longer.

    Fantastic walking ,near the brecon beacons black mountain,. Great for dog walking,. Easy drive to visit friends and house hunting. Grocery store near by our accommodation. Pass the level crossing walk down the hill for a view of the river and the arched bridge.wonderful.

    Lovely friendly village with great walking from the door,...

    Lovely friendly village with great walking from the door, well stocked Nisa shop close by and a great Chinese called Happy Corner which will deliver to the cottage very promptly, large portions at a reasonable price. Good flat walk following the river along the cycle path to Ammanford and for a more challenging hike, drive to the small village of Llanddeusant and walk the Brycheiniog Horseshoe with it's amazing views.
